Megapass FAQ

What is Megapass?
Megapass offers a variety of activities and attractions packaged together into passes. Our passes generally include entry to the activities and attractions as well as an added extra.

How does it work?
Just click the "Buy Now" button and fill out your details to purchase. You will then receive an email confirmation and voucher outlining the activities included in the pass. The voucher will also outline any information needed prior to arrival at the activity or attraction. For some activities you will need book a time and date prior to arrival (this information will be included in the voucher), if this is not applicable you simply redeem your voucher at the entry and enjoy the attraction or activity. If you are purchasing a ski pass, you will receive an additional email with your ski pass voucher - this must be taken with you to Mt Ruapehu.

How do I receive my passes?
Your passes will be emailed to the address provided during the checkout process. If you do not receive this email please contact our support desk on 0800 885 284 or alternatively via support@megapass.co.nz

How do I know when to arrive at each attraction or activity included in my pass?
As each activity and attraction has different opening hours and booking policies we can not provide one time to arrive at each activity, instead your voucher will outline opening hours, booking requirements and any other relevant information for each particular activity.

What happens if my pass expired?
Each voucher will have its own expiry date. Unless otherwise stated, Megapass vouchers are valid for 30 days after the first activity has been redeemed. This is due to a range of factors including operator availability and seasonal operators.

Can I get a refund?
No. Our passes an non-refundable and non-transferable. In rare cases an operator may be forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, you will be refunded in full for the cancelled activity only. Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, Megapass is fully PCI compliant which means your card details are secure and encrypted.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and most Debit Cards.

What is bookit.co.nz?
Your Megapass purchase will appear on your account as a transaction from "Bookit.co.nz". Don't be alarmed, Bookit is simply our payment provider.

How can I get my business on Megapass?
